with the valid addresses of your constituents we screen them
against the most current white pages of all the local phone
companies in the US. This service, which is completed within
3 days, returns new phone numbers and verifies the existing
phone numbers as well.
National Change
of Address (NCOA)
Direct mail studies have found that screening
your addresses against an NCOA database twice annually will
maximize your results. You provide a record identification #,
constituent name, constituent address and, if applicable, constituent
phone number. In ten days we will return your data including
new and updated addresses and ZIP+Four+Two codes standardized
in the format preferred by the US Post Office. This service
typically updates between 7% and 15% of your addresses.
Lost Address
Search (AllFind)
This advanced tool allows HEP to search three
credit bureau files, as well as, LexisNexis Database with tremendous
accuracy. With an SSN search, HEP can find up to 90% of your records.
Without an SSN, HEP will search on name and last known address
and through a re-trace process append up to 75% with a current
address. Both search features append current phone numbers(when
available) at no additional cost.
